Özlem ÖZDİLEK İSLAMOĞLU has three books on “Risk Assessment”, one from TISK and the other from MESS. He has published 8 books and various papers and articles on various subjects, especially occupational health and safety legislation, labor law and risk assessment.

BIOGRAPHY
He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Chemical Engineering in 1991.
In 1995, he completed his master's degree at Gazi University, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Chemical Engineering, with a scholarship from TUBITAK.
He completed his master's degree with his study on “Investigation of the Usability of Western Anatolian Clinoptilolite Zeolites Instead of Phosphates in Detergents” with a scholarship from TÜBİTAK. In 1995, his master's thesis was awarded a science award by TUBITAK.
In 1993, he started to work as an Assistant Labor Inspector at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Labor Inspection Ankara Group.
From 1993 to 1997, Asst. and later served as Labor Inspector.
In 1997, he started to work at İş Teftiş Istanbul Group Presidency.
Between 1998 – 2001 and 2008 – 2012, he served as İş Teftiş Istanbul Group Vice President.
He retired from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in 2013 with the title of Chief Inspector of Labor.
Between 2013-2017 He worked at Önder Academy.
In 2017, in order to carry out inspection and training activities, He founded Özlem Academy.
ÖZLEM ACADEMY, risk assessment, explosion protection document, ATEX directives, Seveso directive, safe working with chemicals, machine safety etc. engages in training and consultancy activities. He still continues his activities at Özlem Akademi.
